Sobolak v. Potts Welding & Boiler Repair Co., Inc., 05A-06-003
A decision of the Industrial Accident Board that an employee did not sufficiently prove he was exposed to benzene as a natural incident of his occupation and that no evidence was offered of a connection between toluene and the employee's non-Hodgkins lymphoma is affirmed where the decision was supported by enough evidence to satisfy the substantial evidence standard.
