In a case arising out of defendant's termination of plaintiff, defendants' motion for summary judgment on a defamation claim is granted where plaintiff failed to demonstrate that defendant's conditional privilege was waived, or prove that an allegedly defamatory statement was not made in good faith or was made with actual malice or intent to harm plaintiff.
