An order awarding attorney's fees pursuant to a judgment in favor of plaintiff in a breach of contract case involving a construction contract is amended as to a portion of the award that applied to a mechanic's lien action, but an award of fees pursuant to 6 Del. C. section 3501 stands since the section is written broadly enough to cover property owners who act as their own contractor.
