Plaintiffs' motion to reargue, brought in connection with the court's denial of a motion to expedite and to stay a parallel Tennessee action, is denied where: 1) an inadvertent factual error upon which plaintiffs relied in their motion was not material and did not have a controlling affect on the court's analysis or decision; and 2) plaintiffs failed to demonstrate that the court misapprehended any legal requirement that affected the outcome of the decision.
