Bakerman v. Sidney Frank Importing Co., 1844-N
In a suit brought by a company's former chief legal counsel arising out of the sale of the Grey Goose Vodka business to Bacardi, defendants' motion to dismiss the complaint is granted in part as to claims for tortious interference with contract and for unjust enrichment and denied in part as to direct and derivative claims related to fiduciary breaches and to contractual breaches.
