Court of Chancery of Delaware
Citrin v. Int'l Airport Centers LLC, 2005-N
Per Roven, plaintiff is granted pre-judgment interest on certain expenses in spite of his failure to specify the amount of reimbursement. Where defendant refused to acknowledge plaintiff's attempts to send invoices and therefore prevented plaintiff from specifying the amount of reimbursement, defendant cannot fairly claim that it was deprived of the fair chance to make prompt payment.
