Kaufman v. CA, Inc., 699-N
In a books and records action arising from Computer Associates' financial accounting scandals, a stockholder's motion to compel additional discovery after certain production by the corporation is denied where she failed to sufficiently articulate why additional documents were either necessary or essential to her concededly proper purpose, and thus failed to meet the standard of 8 Del. C. section 220.
