Davis Int'l, LLC v. New Start Group Corp., 1297-N
In an action alleging various claims including intentional interference with contractual relations and conversion, arising from allegedly illegal takeovers of aluminum and vanadium production facilities located in the Russian Federation, plaintiffs' motion to vacate a stay in the action is denied since a first-filed federal action in the Third Circuit might well render the litigation at hand duplicative or result in an injunction on the court from proceeding further, and thus, the action should not proceed under principles of comity.
