In an action alleging breach of fiduciary duties, misappropriation of trade secrets, and breach of a license agreement, a motion to dismiss or stay in deference to prior-filed actions in Texas state and federal courts is granted as to the alternative motion for a stay where, applying the McWane standard, the court finds that the Texas actions were first filed and involved sufficiently similar issues and parties so as to warrant a stay of the action at hand.
