Held that in prosecuting a civil commitment petition under California's Sexually Violent Predator Act, a district attorney may disclose mental health treatment records to its retained expert, subject to an appropriate protective order, to assist in cross-examination of mental health evaluators. (Note: The Act was amended subsequent to the grant of review in this case but before this decision.)
