Upheld a California Industrial Welfare Commission wage order relating to healthcare employees' meal periods. The wage order permits healthcare employees to waive their second statutorily mandated meal period even if they have worked a shift greater than 12 hours. This is an exception to the generally applicable meal period waiver rule. Affirmed the court of appeal.
