People v. Mora & Rangel, 079925

Affirmed judgment on an automatic appeal in a death penalty case where defendants argued that there were several errors in the guilt and penalty phases of their trial. The Supreme Court agreed that there was an instructional error, but ruled the error harmless because of overwhelming evidence supporting defendants' convictions.
