Delano Farms Company v. California Table Grape Commission, 226538

Affirming the Court of Appeals rejection of plaintiff exceptional grape producers' challenge to the Ketchum Act and the activities of the California Table Grape Commission's collection of assessments on shipments of table grapes then used to promote all table grapes as very good, which these allegedly exceptional producers disagreed with because the message represents government speech that does not violate plaintiff's rights under article I, Section 2 state constitution free speech protections.
