In an automatic appeal of death sentence and conviction of first degree murder of 14-year-old, with special circumstance allegations of murder during the commission of a kidnapping, and murder during the commission of a rape, Pen. Code sections 187, 190.2(a)(17)(B) and (C), and conviction of forcible rape and kidnapping, sections 261(a)(2) and 207(a), with a prior serious felony conviction, sections 667(a) and 1192.7(a), the judgment is affirmed in its entirety over multiple meritless guilt and penalty phase issues.
