True findings on defendant's street gang enhancements are reversed where case-specific statements, related by a prosecution expert and concerning defendant's gang membership, constituted inadmissible hearsay under California law and should have been excluded under Crawford v. Washington, 541 U.S. 36 (2004). Conviction for possession of a firearm by a felon, possession of drugs while armed with a loaded firearm and gang related offenses are otherwise affirmed.
