Three-strike sentence imposed before the passage of the Three Strikes Reform Act (Proposition 36), but where judgments were entered following appeal after its enactment, is affirmed. The court held that defendant is not entitled to automatic resentencing under the Three Strikes reform Act but may seek resentencing by petitioning for recall of sentence under Penal Code section 1170.126.
