Capital conviction and sentence for first degree murders is affirmed. The court vacated the jury's special-circumstances findings for murder while committing a burglary and murder while committing a robbery, but affirmed the special circumstance findings for murdering a witness to prevent her from testifying in criminal proceedings, murder while lying in wait, and multiple-murder.
