Convictions of first degree murder of a police officer under the special circumstances of murder to prevent arrest, murder of a peace officer, and murder in the commission of robbery, first degree murder under the special circumstance of murder in the commission of robbery, attempted murder, 26 counts of robbery, attempted robbery, assault with a deadly weapon, and assault with a stun gun, are: 1) reversed as to one of the robbery counts and the determinate sentence is modified accordingly; but 2) otherwise affirmed.
