In an automatic appeal of a death sentence for conviction of first degree murder, Penal Code section 187(a), with special circumstances that the murder was committed by means of lying in wait, section 190.2(a)(15), and for the benefit of a criminal street gang, section 190.2(a)(22), the judgment is affirmed in its entirety over numerous guilt phase and penalty phase claims.
