People v. Williams, S073205

In an automatic appeal of a death sentence for convictions of murder, robbery, kidnapping with intent to rob, and other gang-related crimes, the sentence is affirmed in its entirety over numerous challenges to alleged evidentiary, instructional, defense counsel conflict of interest, and juror errors during the penalty and sentencing phase of defendant's trial, and to the constitutionality of the death penalty statute.
