Conviction of driving with a blood-alcohol concentration (BAC) over .08 percent, Veh. Code section 23152(b), and admitted a BAC exceeding .15 percent, section 23578, is affirmed where: 1) defendant was detained when the police emergency lights were activated; 2) a reasonable person under the circumstances would not have felt free to leave and defendant submitted to the show of authority by remaining in his parked car; and 3) defendant's brief detention was supported by reasonable suspicion.
