Judgment of the Court of Appeal reversing an order that defendant pay probation supervision and presentence investigation fees imposed under Penal Code section 1203.1b and remanding with directions that the trial court follow the procedure prescribed in section 1203.1b before imposing fees is affirmed to the extent that the Court of Appeal ordered the trial court to correct the sentencing minutes and reversed in all other respects, where, at trial, defendant neither objected to the fees nor asserted an inability to pay them.
