Defendant's conviction and capital sentence for multiple counts of first degree murder, attempted murder, and robbery are: 1) reversed in part, as to the death judgment due to prejudicial juror misconduct for consulting his pastor during penalty deliberations, and remanded for retrial of the penalty phase and resentencing on all counts; but 2) affirmed in all other respects.
