Defendant's convictions and capital sentence for rape, kidnapping, and murder, are affirmed, where: 1) the trial court did not err in denying defendant's motion to suspend the criminal proceedings and to hold a formal competency trial; 2) the trial court did not err in denying defendant's Batson-Wheeler motion; 3) the trial court did not abuse its discretion by admitting many crime scene and autopsy photographs; and 4) defendant's remaining challenges fail.
