Supreme Court of California

People v. Suff, S049741

Defendant's convictions and capital sentence for twelve first degree murders and one count of attempted murder are affirmed, where: 1) the trial court did not abuse its discretion in disqualifying the public defender's office due to a conflict of interest; 2) the denial of defendant's motion for a change of venue did not deprive him of due process of law or a fair trial; 3) the trial court did not err in denying defendant's motion to suppress the evidence obtained as a result of the traffic stop; and 4) defendant's multiple remaining claims of error fail.
