Supreme Court of California
In re: Sergio C. Garcia on Admission, S202512
The Committee of Bar Examiners' motion to admit the applicant, an undocumented immigrant, to the California State Bar, is granted, where: 1) the California legislature passed a law making an undocumented immigrant eligible to obtain such a professional license; and 2) the Committee did not err in determining that the applicant possesses the requisite good moral character to warrant admission to the State Bar.
