Defendant's conviction for possession of marijuana for purposes of sale is affirmed, where: 1) insofar as defendant argues the expert's opinion on defendant's intent to sell was inadmissible or insufficient because the witness was unqualified, defendant forfeited the argument by failing to object at trial to the witness' qualifications; and 2) the evidence is sufficient to sustain his conviction.
