Defendant's conviction for first degree murder, with a special circumstance finding of burglary-murder and torture-murder, and sentence of death, is affirmed, where: 1) defendant made no prima facie showing that Prospective Juror M.M. was challenged because of her race; 2) the trial court did not err in refusing to dismiss the panel after statements by a potential juror; 3) the trial court did not err in refusing to declare a mistrial; 4) defendant's challenge to the pathologist's testimony fails; and 5) defendant's remaining claims of error fail.
