Today's Fresh Start, Inc. v. Los Angeles County Office of Education, S195852
The Court of Appeals' decision denying plaintiff writ relief in plaintiff's challenge to its school's charter revocation is affirmed, where: 1) the Court of Appeal did not err in upholding California Education Code section 47607 as constitutional; and 2) plaintiff has not established that the Legislature's chosen procedures denied it the opportunity to be heard "at a meaningful time and in a meaningful manner" by a decision maker without financial or other bias.
