Defendant's conviction for first degree murder and robbery and sentence of death are affirmed, and defendant's various challenges rejected, including: 1) trial court's excusal of a prospective juror for cause based on her opposition to the death penalty; 2) trial court's denial of defendant's motion of acquittal with regard to attempted robbery; 3) sufficiency of evidence to prove murder on a felony murder theory; 4) trial court's refusal to give the challenged consciousness of guilt instructions; and 5) constitutionality of the death penalty.
