Supreme Court of California
People v. Rutterschmidt, S176213
Defendant's murder convictions are affirmed, and defendant's claim that her Sixth Amendment right to confront and cross-examine an adverse witness was violated is rejected where, in light of the overwhelming evidence against the defendant, exclusion of the testimony in dispute would, beyond a reasonable doubt, not have affected the outcome of the trial.
