In an appeal from a judgment of the appeals court vacating an order of the Board of Parole Hearings (Board) denying petitioner-inmate parole, judgment is reversed where petitioner's refusal to be interviewed by the psychologist appointed by the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation and to testify in person supported the Board's determination that the petitioner lacked insight under the "some evidence" standard.
