In an appeal from a judgment of the appeals court reversing the trial court's imposition of multiple enhancements for a single conviction for assault with a firearm, judgment is reversed where Penal Code section 1170.1 permits the trial court to impose both one weapon enhancement and one great-bodily-injury enhancement, and therefore Section 654's prohibition against multiple punishments for the same act or omission does not apply.
