Supreme Court of California
People v. Clark, S045078
In an automatic appeal from the judgment of the trial court convicting defendant of first-degree murder, attempted premeditated attempted murder, rape, and other-related charges, conviction and sentencing are upheld where the instances of trial error do not, either individually or cumulatively, amount to reversible error given the strong evidence of defendant's guilt of first degree murder and the aggravating circumstances attending the crime.
