Conviction and sentencing of defendant for enhanced, first degree murder and robbery-related charges are affirmed where: 1) trial court properly denied Batson/Wheeler motion; 2) trial court properly denied defendant's severance motion; 3) a 13-year delay in execution is not cruel and unusual punishment; and 4) any error or assumed error by trial court was nonprejudicial.
