In a breach of fiduciary action alleging that defendants, former attorneys of plaintiff, improperly campaigned to thwart plaintiff's redevelopment project on which they had previously advised, judgment of the appeals court on the grounds that defendants' conduct is protected by anti-SLAPP statute is reversed where plaintiff stated and substantiated the sufficiency of its legal claims against defendants.
