The court of appeal's reversal of defendant's conviction for lewd acts on a child under 14 by use of force, violence, duress, menace, or fear is reversed as, a victim's consent is not a defense to the crime of lewd acts on a child under age 14 under any circumstances, and as such, it is not error to so instruct a jury.
