On automatic appeal, defendant's conviction of two robberies, with a murder in the course of committing one of the robberies, and sentence to death, are affirmed over claims challenging: 1) a claimed denial of constitutional and statutory speedy trial rights; 2) a violation of defendant's constitutional rights by requiring him to wear an electronic security belt during trial; 3) juror issues; and 4) the constitutionality of the death penalty statute and instructions.
