Supreme Court of California
McCarther v. Pac. Telesis Group, S164692
In plaintiffs' action against their employers alleging they failed to provide paid leave to care for employees' relatives in accordance with Labor Code section 233, decision of the court of appeals in favor of plaintiffs is reversed as Labor Code section 233 does not apply to paid sick leave policies that provide for an uncapped number of compensated days off.
