Bonander v. Town of Tiburon, S151370
In an action involving assessment on real property, Court of Appeal's judgment is reversed where a property owner challenging individual assessments imposed on specific parcels of real property levied under the Municipal Improvement Act of 1913 does not have to comply with the general validation procedures set forth Code of Civil Procedure sec. 860 through 870.5.
