In an action for negligence and negligent misrepresentation, summary judgment for defendant is affirmed where: 1) plaintiff cannot prove defendant breached its duty to her in its handling and treatment of the donated cadaver; and 2) plaintiff failed to identify any false representations made to her, or that she relied on the alleged misrepresentations.
