Sheehan v. The San Francisco 49ers, Ltd., S155742

In a right to privacy action, superior court's sustain of a demurrer and dismissal of action challenging defendant's patdown policy at football games is reversed and remanded where, in reviewing a private entertainment venue's security arrangements that implicate the state constitutional right of privacy, further inquiry is necessary to determine whether the policy is reasonable.
