People v. Wilson, S070327

Conviction and death sentence for first degree murder is affirmed where trial court did not commit reversible error by: 1) allowing defendant to exhaust his peremptory challenges to remove two alternate jurors; 2) giving jury instructions accompanied by usual instructions on reasonable doubt, presumption of innocence, and the government's burden of proof; and 3) removing a juror and jury instructions on sentencing factors.
