Supreme Court of California
In re Large, S127754
In a habeas corpus proceeding brought by a petitioner serving a life sentence under the "Three Strikes" law, an order to show cause is discharged as petitioner failed to show that he was entitled to relief with regard to a claim that his sentence violated his due process rights because he was denied his "right to the exercise of the trial court's discretion to dismiss one or more of [his] strike prior convictions."
