Brodie v. Workers' Comp. Appeals Bd., S146979
Following the 2004 omnibus reform of California's workers' compensation scheme, the apportionment formula adopted in Fuentes v. Workers' Comp. Appeals Bd., 16 Cal.3d 1 (1976), has not been superseded and it remains the correct formula to apply in apportioning compensation between causes of disability.
