People v. Chacon, S125236

A judgment reversing dismissal of a prosecution against a city council member, which arose from her conduct in securing a position of city manager, is affirmed where: 1) an in limine ruling by the trial court could be reviewed on appeal; and 2) the defense of entrapment by estoppel was not available under the offer of proof contained in the record.
