People v. Calhoun, S129896

An individual convicted of gross vehicular manslaughter as an aider and abettor may be subject to an enhancement under Vehicle Code section 20001(c) for fleeing the scene. Also, an upper term sentence may be imposed based upon a "multiple victims" aggravating factor, even if only one victim was named in each count.
