In a dispute between a husband and wife both infected with HIV, a court of appeals judgment granting the husband's petition for writ of mandate to the extent wife's discovery sought the identities of his previous sexual partners and admissions concerning his "lifestyle," is affirmed in part and reversed in part pursuant to a conclusion that the discovery at issue should be further limited in light of a negative HIV test result for the husband on a certain date, unless the wife offers a basis to question its accuracy or reliability.
