An injunction against defendants prohibiting them from advertising certain optometric services, including eye examinations is affirmed under the facts of the case over claims that the Knox-Keene Health Care Service Plan Act exempts approved providers under the Act from the limitations that Business and Professions Code sections 655 and 2556 otherwise impose on business and financial relationships between dispensing opticians and optometrists or ophthalmologists.
