Stephens v. County of Tulare, S129794
In a dispute over whether a county employee, a detention specialist, was dismissed for disability within the meaning of Government Code section 31725, a court of appeals decision in the employee's favor is reversed where where the trial court ruled correctly that the employee was not dismissed from his job and that the protections of section 31725 were never triggered.
